What began as a dream became one of Michigan's largest and most celebrated craft distilleries. We took over the historic Bay Harbor Equestrian Center, preserved its character, and turned it into something entirely new — a place where world-class spirits meet Northern Michigan's wild spirit.

Today, Gypsy Distillery spans 42,000 square feet across 20 acres overlooking the blue waters of Little Traverse Bay. Every pour tells the story of this land.
